Dear Beloved One!
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
HAPPY NEW YEAR
Holy, moley, here it comes
Again. This year has slipped by so fast.
Parades, floats and marching bands
Pass by our excited eyes
Yearly celebrations to delight all.
Now comes the time that
Everyone gets together to
Welcome in the New
Year, with parties and fun times.
Excitement to watch the ball drop
At Times Square, New York
Readying all to start a New Year.
And in starting a new year, are you making resolutions?
Resolutions for what?
To do better in this coming year?
To give up some obstacles that seem to block your desire to become a better person?
To unite together with some loved one that you have lost sight of?
In this up coming new year, let us promise to do our very best to bring peace all over God's precious world.
And as John F. Kennedy said, in part, in his inaugural speech before he took office: "Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country. Ask not what American can do for you."
Let us all work together in harmony for each and every country and for all those that live therein.
Let us all help one another.
Let us all start a ministry of love, trying to have a loving word for all.
Try to do a good and helpful deed each and every day, whether opening a door, carrying groceries, changing a tire, sharing extra clothes or food for those in need.
God is a great and loving Father/Mother/God and approves of what you do, when you are doing your very best to follow Jesus Christ's way of loving everyone as you love yourself. You have the love of God within you to realize that you are one of His beloved children as we all are. Jesus Christ said, "Divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need."

Sometimes some of us might say or ask, doesn't God love us? Of course he does. He has given us His beautiful precious world that has many delights for us:
* watching a bird soaring free up high in the sky;
* seeing the beautiful flowers in myriad colors and the trees, bushes, and grass covering the ground;
* close friends or angels, if you prefer, that are always there and love us and help us if there is a need.
We can all feel safe when we sit in God's lap with His arms around us to comfort us.
Smile at one another for a smile is a bridge between old friends and with strangers, can sometime lead to new, old friends.
Some words that people have written about Peace are:
"When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace." -Anonymous
"You cannot shake hands with a clenched fist." -Indira Gandhi
"Let us know peace.
For as long as the moon shall rise,
For as long as the rivers shall flow,
For as long as the sun will shine,
For as long as the grass shall grow,
Let us know peace." -Traditional Native American Prayer
"To love God truly one must first love man." -Hassidic saying
"Better than a thousand hollow words Is one word that brings peace." -Buddha
"Peace, like charity, begins at home." -Franklin D. Roosevelt
"If there is to be any peace it will come through being, not having." -Henry Miller
